I obsess over the stuff most people scroll past — the exact gradient stop on a CTA, a 1px shadow shift, the feel of a hover. Not just to make it pretty, but to make the product feel more alive.
Off the clock, I'm at the gym or deep into a series I'll finish in two days and pretend I didn't.
